Please join us for a BREAD TASTING that includes the wonderful breads of three Master Bakers: Sofia Burckle, Pepe Solaris and Virginia Erosa.
Sofia, Pepe and Virginia are among the most talented artisanal bakers in the Yucatan, and this event will feature jams and preserves made by our European friends.
Cafe de Santiago will provide coffees and orange juice, and this Bread Tasting is an opportunity to meet three fantastic artisanal bakers and one terrific jam maker.
